SIC is a community interest company dedicated to closing the disability employment gap in the UK. The session in which Sonia participated focused on recruitment and retention of disabled employees and customers.
As the workplace panel came to an end the Chair concluded the by asking the speakers what a disabled employee can bring to an organisation. Sonia provided a concise reply by asking: “What can’t a disabled employee bring to an organisation?”
