Meet the founder

Nectar HR was set up by Sonia Rai. Sonia is CIPD qualified and has a Masters in Human Resource Management. Sonia has worked across the public, private and not for profit sector. Sonia has over 12 years experience within a range of organisations from large Financial, Construction and Consultancy firms to smaller charities and family run businesses.

Sonia develops a strong relationship with clients to understand their specific HR needs. Sonia works across different levels of management to deliver a customer focused, cost effective HR service to our clients.
